Once again, the app has been updated and it no longer works. This happens every third time or so the app is updated.

App dont let me search for dates amd time as it claim Nobody gives customer service Somebody can call me 561-727-4464

Audio problems with new update!!

This app is over priced and dont work.. I install everfocus equipment and planed to use this app as a sales tool. If my customers seen this app they would think twice about going with everfocus equipment. USERS: stick with the free version, it works like a champ!!

Symbols in the upper left are annoying and the quality isnt very good

Would like to see 2 changes... Fix the opening display to work in either portrait and landscape and fix the PTZ in iris mode so you can adjust it.... Not just on and off

Since update cannot search recordings. Get session ID failed message only. Display doesnt rotate properly. Search recordings sometimes closes app out completely. Needs work!!

I bought this app for $9. And it will not work unless I am in the same building as the equipment is located. Why would I need this app when I am sitting at my desk watching the cameras on my computer??? I am hoping I am doing something wrong. I have emailed tech support two times, but they have not bothered responding to either email. It has been almost a month since I sent the second email!!! Dont waste your money!!!

Purchased a week ago and used it flawlessly multiple times each day. Does everything it claims. I had no issues whatsoever using an iphone4s.

Great application. However I could not locate any snapshots in the photo folder on my iPhone. Please advise what I did wrong.

Latest version still cannot go direct to cam 9 on Ecor 9X1. Have to goto cam 8 and right arrow to get to 9. Still cannot return to event search! After viewing event can only goto live view and repeat/re-enter event search times to view next event.

Doesnt work well. Great if you want to look at only one camera. It locks up every time you try to change cameras. Tried to contact customer service twice, never got an answer.

Even after update, I still get the "Get session ID failed" error when attempting to use the Time Search function. This is a *paid* app and should not have such persistent bugs!

Im sure its being looked at but just wanted to let you know you have some issues with OS 7. This app worked great until I updated my OS. Im sure you will resolve it, I still love this app.

I want my money back. It used to work EVERY DAY EVERY time. Now it never works. I even downloaded 3 versions on my iPhone. iPads work fine ....... At home never on the road . You need a negative rating.

Why did you make a pop out menu to switch cameras? Your old version had channel selectors and left-right channel toggle on the view screen itself. Why did you remove it????

Why remove the channel selector? The drop down menu blocks the camera shot. Please fix this!!!!!!
