MobileFocus Plus by EverFocus Examine App

Deleted free app because of issues with grayed out times and dates when searching. Bought the $8.99 app thinking that would and it doesn’t allow me to change the model of the dvr. Can’t even get to my dvr.

Ladies and Gents here’s another bad app from EverFocus. I purchased this because I thought it would provide better functionality and connectability. No it does not it is a waste of money. You can only connect when your on the same WiFi. The quality is sub par. The camera controls do not work. Save your money!

Terrible app. Constantly crashing, and can’t record video on iPhone. Shows up blank white.

Audio problems with new update!!

Once again, the app has been updated and it no longer works. This happens every third time or so the app is updated.

The search option is no longer available on iPhone or iPad. Been this way for months. Please fix.

the system worked great untill recently. I used the free version for years with no issues but recently ot gave a message 'session Id failed' ... bought the new version of the app for $8.99 hoping it will work but it still doesn't what a waste of $.

#1 - I've used this app on an iPhone 5s and now on brand new iPhone 6s. Biggest issue with your app is that it GUZZLES BATTERY LIFE (even on a brand new phone) like kryptonite feeding on Superman!! This is an extreme coding flaw! I can use this app for less than 60 seconds and my battery life will go down between 2-5% (at least); God forbid I need to use it more than 60 seconds. :-/ Bye-bye, battery life! Please fix this! #2 - Let's face reality...the whole app needs a refresh. While it does work on newer phones, this app if far from "in the here and now". The interface isn't native to Retina displays and there are scores of features left unused because of failure to 'update with the times'. It's like having a fantastic iPhone and having to print to a dot matrix printer...reee-reee, reee-reee...you get the idea. So, please overhaul the app! #3 - There are subtle differences between your free version and your "Pro" version, which is pretty pricey by the way. For instance, when I swipe on the camera picture to change between cameras, each app operates differently; the swipe gestures aren't congruent. It would be like going from ASDF on a keyboard to SAD F...oh, wait...see what I just did there. Yeah, it's 'sad'. But, hey...this is only minor compared to the battery kryptonite issue mentioned in #1. Eick! #4 - If #1, #2, and #3 are outside of your company's capabilities to produce/fix, please hire a third party app specialist/designer to do the overhaul for you. It'll leave your customers happy and more likely to recommend your products. We're in a mobile age, so making you're on the cutting edge is a huge benefit to 'word of mouth' advertising and user experience.

Fix your app!!!! Log in times out 9 out of 10 times. Garbage.

I have a family business & I'm asked a lot by my BOSS (DAD) to look back on the cameras at are employees I have a problem w/EVERFOCUS PLUS CAMERAS I can't even get into the cameras Don't you people monitor the EVERFOCUS PLUS CAMERAS Why do I have write a review to tell you what's wrong I'm getting a GET SESSION ID FAILED when I try to get into the cameras I need this fixed now Do yinzs actually read these reviews

Please fix app I can not open and I can not update.

Now with the new update I can't even open my app!! How are they supposed to justify making you pay $9 for this app and then crash it. I sure hope it's fixed soon or they will be hearing from me!!

I can't even open the App now! This newer version constantly freezes while changing cameras & when in play back modes it always freezes or locks up and kicks you off the app. Hopefully they correct this cause the older version had minor issues but was good

I've been using this app on my iphone for just over a year now. Before the last update In order for it to work I would have to clear it by hitting the home button twice to remove it from the background. Then reopen it for it to work. However since the last update I've been getting get session Id failed every time for a few days now. It must be a glitch in the website and app because it happens on my computer and my Husbands Samsung Galaxy as well. It's very frustrating because it happened at the worst time possible.

It works well. I can use it well. But the info I put in never saves. Please fix this bug.

This app used to be wonderful!! I could jump from camera to camera with almost no transition time. Not anymore. I can view two camera before the entire app freezes. It's pretty useless to not be able to quickly jump back and forth between cameras. I used to be able to show the cameras to the police when someone would attempt a break in. Now it is so slow I can't follow the criminals fast enough without the app completely locking up. I'm very unhappy with this app now.

Has crashed multiple times while trying to rewind footage. Hate the new channel selector. Using this for our business, can't afford to wait too long for a "fix".

The flip to the next camera is not there anymore please put it back along with the camera number bar worked better before the update.

Please put back channel selector like before, it was faster and nicer! Now it is blocking camera view! Also: To view or change settings of a device: You cannot Tap the "arrow icon" to bring up the editing page! Please make the "arrow icon" touchable, Thanks,

Where did the channel selector go ? It's a very to the app

Why remove the channel selector? The drop down menu blocks the camera shot. Please fix this!!!!!!

Why did you make a pop out menu to switch cameras? Your old version had channel selectors and left-right channel toggle on the view screen itself. Why did you remove it????

I want my money back. It used to work EVERY DAY EVERY time. Now it never works. I even downloaded 3 versions on my iPhone. iPads work fine ....... At home never on the road . You need a negative rating.

I'm sure it's being looked at but just wanted to let you know you have some issues with OS 7. This app worked great until I updated my OS. I'm sure you will resolve it, I still love this app.

Even after update, I still get the "Get session ID failed" error when attempting to use the Time Search function. This is a *paid* app and should not have such persistent bugs!

Doesn't work well. Great if you want to look at only one camera. It locks up every time you try to change cameras. Tried to contact customer service twice, never got an answer.

Latest version still cannot go direct to cam 9 on Ecor 9X1. Have to goto cam 8 and right arrow to get to 9. Still cannot return to event search! After viewing event can only goto live view and repeat/re-enter event search times to view next event.

Locks up, does not respond well, scrap it

Great application. However I could not locate any snapshots in the photo folder on my iPhone. Please advise what I did wrong.

I bought this app for $9. And it will not work unless I am in the same building as the equipment is located. Why would I need this app when I am sitting at my desk watching the cameras on my computer??? I am hoping I am doing something wrong. I have emailed tech support two times, but they have not bothered responding to either email. It has been almost a month since I sent the second email!!! Don't waste your money!!!

Since update cannot search recordings. Get session ID failed message only. Display doesn't rotate properly. Search recordings sometimes closes app out completely. Needs work!!

Symbols in the upper left are annoying and the quality isn't very good

This app is over priced and don't work.. I install everfocus equipment and planed to use this app as a sales tool. If my customers seen this app they would think twice about going with everfocus equipment. USERS: stick with the free version, it works like a champ!!
